Berniece Evelyn Wilkins

Berniece Evelyn Wilkins, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. She was born to the late William J. and Berniece Eleanor (Christman) Millette in Huntington, IN, on April 12, 1943. Berniece graduated from North Side High School in 1961. She retired from General Electric after 37 years. Berniece was a long-time member of Toastmasters International, and volunteered at the Fort Wayne Parks and Rec Community Center. She enjoyed crocheting, square dancing, and ballroom dancing. Berniece is survived by her husband of 57 years, David B. Wilkins; son, David L. (Sharron) Wilkins; grandsons, Marty, David and Ben; and great-grandchildren, Arriana, Rory and David. Private services will be held. Burial will be at Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Berniece's honor may be made to Fort Wayne Parks and Rec Community Center, or American Legion Post 296.
