Betty Jean Chapman, 87, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. She was born to the late Raymond and Eva Chapman on December 17, 1929, Fort Wayne, IN. She was a very loving lady. She is survived by her sister, Faye Surfus, niece, Bonita Moody and cousin; Mr. Billy Murry.
