Beverly Arnold, beloved wife of Ron Arnold, passed away on January 29, 2025. Friends and family gathered to mourn her loss and remember her life. Born March 6, 1937 in Churubusco, Indiana, to Woodrow and Mary Craig, Beverly lived her life embodying John Wesley’s call to Methodists: “Do all the good you can.”
From the very beginning, Beverly had a heart for her Community by volunteering and serving many Organizations. She instilled those beliefs in others. From serving the Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts, to being a Sunday School Teacher, to working as a Librarian and giving the gift of books and literature to countless children at Aboite Elementary, and later serving at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Stillwater Hospice and Grief Center. In 1955 she married Ron Arnold: giving them nearly 70 years of happiness. At 80, she battled and beat breast cancer: continuing to lift others up with her strength. She was loved by her family, her many friends, and she will be missed.
She is survived by her loving husband Ron, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Instead of flowers, please donate to Stillwater Hospice and Grief Center or Aldersgate United Methodist Women. In remembering Beverly’s spirit, let us strive to "Do all the good you can.”
