Beverly A. Cartwright, 80, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Beverly was the daughter of the late George and Frances Walda. Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. There was nothing on this earth that she loved more than taking care and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church and was active on their prayer chain. Surviving are her sons, Rick (Lisa Williams) Cartwright of Fort Wayne, Dave (Diana Richardson) Cartwright of Creighton, MO; Dean Cartwright of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Ricky Cartwright, Jr., Randy and Ryan Cartwright; and 13 great-grandchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Larry Cartwright, granddaughter Amanda Stambaugh; and sister, Nancy Ensley. Service is 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road with calling one hour prior. Calling at the funeral home Tuesday, February 27, 2018, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or Erin's House.
