Bryan Ray Sterling, 61, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 15, 1957 in Evansville, Indiana, he was a son of the late Victor H. Sterling and Norma (Chapin) Sterling who survives. He was a 1975 Homestead High School graduate and a 1990 Purdue University of Fort Wayne graduate. He retired in 2017 as a Little Debbie Distributor. Bryan loved his family and enjoyed history, listening to music, watching old movies and traveling with his wife. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Cynthia (Kraick) of Fort Wayne; son Bryan (Keisha) Sterling, Jr. of Miamisburg, Ohio; daughter, Melissa Sterling of Fort Wayne; brothers, Thayne (Donna) Sterling of Fishers; Todd Sterling of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Valerie (Lynn) Gliessman of Bloomington; Vanessa Sterling of Waterloo; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild. Bryan was preceded in death by his brother, Brent Sterling; and his step-daughter, Jodi. Service is 11 am, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd, with calling one hour prior, Rev. Jeff Lawson officiating. Calling at the funeral home Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
