Cameron Austin Clark, age 32, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at Parkview Randallia Hospital. He was born on May 21, 1992 in Fort Wayne to Timothy M. Clark and Angi Milan.
He was a graduate of South Side High School class of 2011. "Cam", as he was known by many worked as a CNA for many years, and was an avid film maker, working for 14 years with Open Sign Entertainment. His film credits include directing and writing "The Stray" co-writer of "Phantom of the Woods". He acted in "Made Guys" and "Missing."
Cam also loved gaming and was a prominent member of the online GTA community.
He was a loving son, brother, grandson, fiancee', pet parent and friend.
He leaves to cherish many precious memories to his fiancee', Traci Bell; parents, Timothy Clark (Monica), Angi Milan (Cedric); siblings Sydney, Savannah, Taylor, Madeline, and Connor; grandparents, Kenneth Clark (Maryann), Joe Shellenbarger (Debbie); best friend, Ryan Woebbeking (Laura); pets, Kenobi, Mr. Beau Jangles (canines), D'jango (feline); and countless relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Visitation for Cam will be 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road (46804).
