Carla Deeanne Smith, 50, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was born on November 24, 1965 in Fort Wayne, IN. She is survived by the love of her life, Tim Smith; daughter, Amber (Kris) Wilson; son, Jacob Brummett; mother, Iris Stinson; father, Marvin Smith; brother, Travis (Lori) Stinson; sisters, Kathy Szabo and Tammy Deems; grandchildren, Jaidyn, Jordyn, Jalisa, Kristopher, Keagan “grams chunka butt”, Alicia and Ava; aunt Phyllis Hogland and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 North Wells St on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 1pm with calling 1 hour prior.
