

Born on February 8, 1946, in Fort Wayne Indiana to Robert Earl Boyles and Florence Olive (Sanders). She graduated from New Haven High School in 1964. She married the love of her life, William (Mike) Gasper on October 17, 1992.
Carolyn was a school bus driver for Fort Wayne Community Schools for several years. She always enjoyed the extracurricular High School Band Events.
Carolyn was family-oriented and would have done anything for anyone. She enjoyed reading, fishing, spending time with family, playing and coaching women’s softball.
She is survived by her brother, Mike Boyles; her daughter, Tania (Mike) Maher; son, Wendell “Keith” Donley; daughter, Teresa (Gasper) Reber; daughter, Lisa (Gasper) Pollock (Cindy Smithes); step-son, William “Bill” Gasper; grandchildren, Nicole McDougall, Jessica Pollock, Brittany Goldsberry, Logan (Maggi) Pollock, Jena Le (Jaelen) Brewer, Isaac Maher, Austin Maher, Elijah Maher, Morgan Donley, Ryan Donley; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Florence Boyles, nine brothers and sisters, her husband, William (Mike) Gasper, and a grandson, Nic Goldsberry.
Calling will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at D.O. McComb & Sons - Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, with the service to follow at 1:00 pm.
She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne, immediately following.
