Cathleen Michelle Miller

Cathleen Michelle Miller, 49, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Hickory Creek at Huntington, Huntington, Indiana. She was born July 17, 1972 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Michael Roland Moyer and Carol Jean Meier. Cathleen graduated from Elmhurst High School, and attended St. Francis University. She was a QMA (Qualified Medical Aid) and the owner/baker at Cathleen’s Custom Cakes and Desserts. She will always be remembered as the “cake lady of Andrews”. Cathleen was a kind and giving person and always willing to serve anyway she could. Cathleen was an avid bunny collector and her favorite flowers were white roses and sunflowers. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Miller of Andrews, IN; son, Aaron Miller of Andrews, IN; mother, Carol Jean Meier; father, Michael Roland Moyer; and sister, Christine Smith. Cathleen was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marian and Howard Emery, and Myrtle and Benjamin Meier. A funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation of Indiana.
