Cecil is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deanie Bright-Johnson; two daughters Maura and Bre Johnson (fiancé Jeremy Stewart); siblings, Jimmy Johnson, Willie Wade, Eddie (Martha) Johnson, Betty Johnson, Jackie Jamison, Velma Johnson and Jeannette (Angelo) Strothers, all of Fort Wayne, and Peggy (Glenn) Bennett of Chicago, IL.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Come As You Are Community Church, 7910 S. Anthony Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Friday, January 24, 2025 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
