Charles "Chuck" Burns, 41, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday March 24, 2018. He was born January 20, 1977. He was a huge Ohio State football fan. O H _ _. Surviving family include his wife, Sandra Spitzer; son, Charles; grandchildren, Adelyn, Prim, and Harper; daughters, Alexis and Faith; mother, Jeanene; brothers, Dustin and Clifford; sisters, Courtney and Dawn; and favorite cousins, Buzz and Connie. He was preceded in passing by his stepfather, Clifford Sechler and grandfather, Dewey Burns. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. A burial will occur at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in recognition to the continuing care for Bubby Burns.
