Charles “Smitty” E. Smith, 53, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018. He was born to Betty (Baker) Smith and the late Clyde Smith on August 14, 1965 in Fort Wayne. Smitty was a mechanic and loved cars.
Smitty is survived by his wife, Jennifer Smith; sons, Seth, Vinnie, and Lukas Smith; step-children, Erika Gause, Jasmine Roemke, Christien Ford, and Loren Hair; grandchildren, Jackson Smith, Nichole Howe, Suzie Bolenbaugh, and Alexzandrya Bolenbaugh; mother, Betty Smith; siblings, Shirley (Mark) Pace, Clyde (Melanie) Smith, and Daniel (Angela) Smith; and family friend, Stacey Whitmore.
Funeral service is 11:00 am on Monday, September 24, 2018 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808) with visitation one hour prior.
