Cheryl J. Avery, 61, passed away Friday 28, 2021 at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born May 8, 1960 in Fort Wayne, IN. to the late Phillip and Elaine Wilson. She is survived by her husband Gerald Avery of Fort Wayne, IN.; daughters Sharon (Victor Peralta) Avery and Crystal Avery both of Fort Wayne, IN., six grandchildren, step-son Jerry Avery III., sisters Linda Parrott, Phyllis Landis, Maria Ulrey and a brother, Warren Wilson. Cheryl was preceded in death by her brother Phillip and sister Deborah Jones. Private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by D.O.
