Clifford Eugene Smith

Clifford Eugene Smith, a resident of Harlan, Indiana, passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on December 9, 1969, Clifford was known for his gentle, kind-hearted, and thoughtful nature.

In his early life, Clifford attended Monroeville Elementary and Heritage Jr./Sr. High Schools. He worked at Grabill Country/Save-a-Lot in Grabill, Indiana, where his dedication and work ethic were highly regarded.

Clifford is survived by his loving wife, Sabrina Smith; his mother, Vivian Smith; three daughters, Megan Izzo, Angelique Spillers, and Kitana Smith; a son, Kole Smith; brothers, Shannon Smith and Jeremy Smith; a sister, Vicki Garrett; three granddaughters, Makenzie, Makayla and Maddison Izzo; a grandson, Aiden Spillers; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John William Smith and several aunts and uncles.

In his personal life, Clifford enjoyed camping, turtle fishing, and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dale Earnhardt Jr. in NASCAR. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Clifford's presence and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
