He was born November 4, 1960, in Fort Wayne, IN, the son of the late Frank B (d. 2009) and Helen A Kilcoin (d. 2015).
After graduating from South Side High School in Fort Wayne in 1979 David moved to Jacksonville, Florida. David worked for All South Electric, Inc. and St Johns Electric before moving back to Fort Wayne in 1993. He became a journeyman electrician working for Summit City Electric, Dekalb Electric, Challenge Electric and Engineered Systems, Inc. He retired back in the Jacksonville, Florida and South Georgia area.
He is survived by two daughters, Eden L. Kilcoin and Emma J. Kilcoin as well as brothers, Michael B. Kilcoin (Donna) and Mark A. Kilcoin (Victoria). Also surviving are nephews, Bryan M. Kilcoin and Kevin B.Kilcoin; and long time best friend, Ron Mead.
