David A. Leftwich, 62, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011. He was born on June 12, 1949 to the late Rolly and Rose Leftwich. Surviving family include his daughters, Tonia Dunnigan of Lima OH, Melissa Williams of Elida, OH; siblings, Rick Leftwich, Rose Bedard, Edgar Leftwich, Walt Leftwich, Gordon Leftwich, Randy Leftwich, Frank Leftwich, Charles Leftwich, and longtime friends, Tara (Donny) Burkhart and Kenny “Bo" Ripley. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rolly Leftwich.
A memorial service will take place at a later date at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Ft. Wayne.
