

David Joel Rosine, born on November 30, 1944, in Flint, Michigan, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 17, 2026, at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Catherine Rosine for 63 years and a cherished father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
David proudly dedicated 36 years of his career at General Motors, where he served as a District Sales Manager. His passion for the automotive industry continued during his time with the Kelley Automotive Group. A graduate of Central High School in Flint, Michigan, Class of 1962, he furthered his education at General Motors schooling in 1963.
David was an active member of the Jaycees of Flint, MI, and was known for his love of golf and travel. His devotion to Golden Retrievers was evident throughout his life; he was a seasoned breeder and a proud member of Golden Retrievers of America and the Northeastern Kennel Club, actively showing Golden Retrievers for 25 years.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Bina (Cribbs) Rosine, brothers Herb, Duane, and Marvin Rosine, and sister Marilyn Moen. He leaves behind his wife Catherine; children, Carolyn Fredrick (Scott) and Michael Rosine (Jerra); grandchildren, Katherine Fredrick, Sarah Fredrick, Madison Rosine, and Chelsie Rosine; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of David to Humane Fort Wayne.
