Dean Borne, 58, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2014. He was born on September 16, 1956 to the late Elmo and Rita (Yager) Borne. He worked at Central Supply Co. He was member of the Son of the American Legion Post 1421 and Am Vets Post 33. He enjoyed playing pool and will be remembered as a handyman and a Mr. Fix-it. Surviving family include his wife, Cheryl Borne; children, Tiffany Oury, Courtney Miles, Nicholas Borne; grandchildren, Laycin Miles, Zachary Oury; and siblings, Vicki Borne, and Gary Borne. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his step-father, Don Barnes. A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the funeral home.
