Debra “Debbie” Lynn Lowe, 51, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday September 30, 2014 doing what she loved. She was born on April 24 , 1963 in Quantico, Virgina. Debbie was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her. She is survived by her mother, Peggy May; daughter, Peggy (Ryan) Webster; son, Andrew Lowe; sister, Kim (Eddy) Muncie; brothers; Danny Lowe and Kenny Lowe; grandchildren; Keaton, Lily, Arianna, Skyler and Kris; nieces; Nicole and Beth, and 2 nephews; Alex and Austin. Funeral service will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home at 1327 N.Wells St. on October 9, 2014 at 1pm with calling 2 hours prior. Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
