Donna M Chapman of Fort Wayne, IN passed away Thursday August 10, 2022 at the age of 76. She was born September 28, 1945 in Fort Wayne, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert S & Vera M (Betley) Chapman. She graduated from Central High School in Fort Wayne. She retired from Western & Southern Insurance and Kroger. She is survived by her cousin Brenda Betley (Bill Slabach) and Clara Betley. She is also survived by her friends: Edna Krider, Pam Helfrich, Marianne Dunten, Karen Miller, Kathy Auer, Sonya Ayers, and Mike Repine. Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 5:30 pm til 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022.
