Donna Jean Cook, 95, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away July 14, 2024 at Parkview Regional Hospital. Donna was born in Helmer, Indiana on December 17, 1928. Donna was a dedicated mother of a handicapped child for 71 years, as well as a loving housewife. Donna married Andrew Cook on October 7, 1950, in Kendallville, Indiana. They were married for 74 years.
Donna is survived by her husband, Andrew Cook; 3 children, Lynn (Connie) Kressley, Blaine (Karen) Cook, and Angie (Tim) Pape; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by a son, Brent Cook; her parents, Ora and Cora Wright; 3 brothers, Olan Wright, Robert Wright and Dale Wright.
Funeral services for Donna will be held at 2:00 pm, with visitation 2 hours prior, on Friday, July 26, 2024, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Highland Park, 2403 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana with burial to follow at Highland Park Cemetery & Mausoleum.
