Doris “Joyce” Ratliff, 72, of Fort Wayne went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 22, 2015. She is survived by her four children, Jan (Joseph) Steinbacher, Jim Ratliff, Joy (Arthur) Ausley, and Jill Ratliff. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great grandchildren to cherish her memory. Doris was born in Fort Wayne Indiana, the daughter of the late Delphos and Juanita Emberlin. She was a homemaker and enjoyed painting china and spending time with her grandchildren. Memorial donations can be made to Allen County SPCA.
