Frances Marie Parker, 89, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012. She was born on October 5, 1923 in Scranton, PA to the late Adam and Alice (Fritz) Slubowski. She worked as a meat clerk for Maloley’s for 21 years. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and especially bingo. Surviving family include her husband of 69 years, Harold C. Parker of Fort Wayne; children, Robert (Sandy Kay) Parker of Hamilton, IN, Raymond (Carla) Parker of Marion, IN, Steve (Linda) Parker of Angola, IN, Jeannette (Thomas) McClain of Ohio, Theresa (Greg) Luebke Sandra (Michael) Wall, both of Fort Wayne; sister, Helen Cuervas of New Jersey; 16 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am, Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Saint Anne’s Home, 1900 Randalia Drive, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior to services with Father John Overmyer officiating. Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Saint Anne’s Home bingo fund.
