Fred Whipp, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018. He was born to the late Richard and Irene (Barbera) Whipp on April 10, 1956 in Detroit, MI. He was a partner and co-owner of National Tube Form and Southern Tube Form. Fred is survived by his wife, Janelle Whipp; daughter, Kassi Whipp; siblings, Ed (Pam) Whipp, Rick (Rie) Whipp, and Diana (Dave) Dalton; and a host of relatives and friends. A private service for family and close friends will be held. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the local ASPCA or humane shelter.
