GUY NEVITT MILSTEAD JR., 81, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at his residence. Born Aug. 17, 1930, in Chicamuxen, Md., he was the son of the late Guy Nevitt Milstead Sr. and Lessie Milstead Cox. He was a truck driver for Rocco Turkey, retiring after 16 years of service in 1992. He served in the Army and was a member of American Legion in Virginia. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Marie Milstead of Fort Wayne; four daughters, Mary Ann Payne Milstead, Shirley Jane Pratt, Cindy Lou Gainer, and Lessie Monroe Alger; three sons, Joe Naylor Milstead, Guy N. Milstead III and Eugene B. Milstead; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Martha K. Heath, Patricia A. Greenburg and Emma J. Coons. A Memorial service is pending in Virginia.
