Harley Roy Morgan, 68, of Butler, Indiana, passed away October 1, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Harley was born on March 23, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan, the eldest of 5 children to William and Lorena Morgan. Harley worked as a mechanic/torch cutter in Grand Rapids, Michigan for a number of years before he and his wife Eunice settled in Edgemoor, South Carolina. After his wife Eunice passed, Harley returned north to Butler, Indiana.
Harley loved fishing. There's no one he wouldn't fish with. If Harley knew you, chances are he fished with you a time or two. Harley was incredibly generous, always helping someone. He was known to many as their backyard mechanic.
Harley is survived by his three children: Anthony (Heather) Morgan of Davenport, Florida; William (Nicole) Morgan of Kissimmee, Florida; Amy Scheidel of Wayland, Michigan; brother George of Edgemoor, South Carolina; brother Eddie; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Harley is preceded in death by his parents William and Lorena Morgan; wife Enuice; sister Beatrice; and brother Larry.
Harley will be deeply missed. Fishing buddies and best friends then, now, and for eternity.
