Ian Timothy Hernandez, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 in Fort Wayne. He was born just three weeks earlier on May 22, 2020. He was born 11 weeks premature weighing in at 1lb and 7oz. He was finally called up to Heaven, where his great-grandparents, Phil Hernandez, Roy and Dorothy Simon, and Ed and Dorothy Faylor were waiting to meet him.
Ian is survived by his parents, Stephen and Katie Faylor Hernandez; brother, Aaron Hernandez; sister, Sophia Hernandez; grandparents, Chris (Cindy) Hernandez, Cynthia (Michael) Fuhrman, and Bruce (Emily) Faylor; great-grandparents, Maria Reyna Hernandez and Bill (Bonnie) Booth; great-great-grandmother, Lois (nee Landis) Booth; and multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins who have prayed feverishly for little Ian.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church New Haven (943 Powers Street, New Haven, IN 46774) with visitation one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mad Anthonys Children's Hope House.
