Jack Quintin Botteron

Jack Quintin Botteron, 65, passed away at his home on Monday, September 1, 2025. Born on July 29, 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to parents Jack D. and Donna (Jeffrey) Botteron, Jack was well loved by so many. Growing up, Jack attended St Jude’s Catholic Schools. He went on to dedicate 30 years working for Industrial Piping and being a committed member of the Labor’s Union. Outside of work, Jack loved to tend to his gardening and work on various construction projects. He was the kind of person to always lend a helping hand to his friends, family, and neighbors. Above all, Jack cherished the time spent with his family. They were the center of his world, and he held them all close to his heart. Everyone who knew Jack will forever treasure the memories made and the laughs shared between them.

Jack is survived by his children, Jack (Heather) Botteron II, Paula Islas; honorary daughter, Nicole Hall; stepchildren, David Taylor and Jamie Taylor; grandchildren, Audrie McGinnis, Keenan Price-Flatt, Abigail Revel, Brooke Cassaday, Kammilla Wilson, Jalynn Taylor, Jordan Taylor, Keeali Wilson, Fabian Islas, Kayla, Noah, and Kate; great-grandchildren, Aurora Price-Flatt and Amari Price-Flatt; siblings, John Botteron and Jeanne Botteron; step-sister, Heather Botteron, and mother-in-law, Fey Botteron. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Donna; and siblings, Joe Botteron, Jamie Botteron, and Jeff Botteron.

A funeral service will be held for Jack on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 11AM with visitation one hour prior at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 2PM-5PM at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808. Jack will be laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made out to St. Jude’s Children Hospital stjude.org/donate.
