Jack Philpot, 85, of Fort Wayne passed away on July 28, 2021. He was born on January 13, 1936 in Spencerville, Indiana, a son of the late William Sutton and Nellie Belle (Whetstone) Philpot. Surviving family include his children, Dean (Sue), Doug, Bryan (Dawn), Debbie, Robert, Shirley; seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his wife, Mary Philpot; and son, David. A private graveside service will held at a later time. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
