There are so many wonderful memories that have been spent with my dad that it is hard to chose which ones to tell. The one that stands out the most is the joy he created with my kids, we started a new family tradition of easter egg throwing. You see the first year we did this we had so many plastic eggs and grandpa was kinda sad so the kids hid from him till he got to the kitchen the I yelled, " Get him!" The kids popped up and started pelting him with eggs. After the shock of getting pleated with eggs, he picked them up and started throwing them back, that went on for about a half hour with many laughs, squeals of delight and a few ouchies. He wasn't sad anymore and left in very happy mood 3 hours later with a full belly and many smiles on jis face. We did that every easter since, it will be something we continue to do in memory of pawpaw. Thanks for being a wonderful grandpa to my kids dad, you are so missed. You were supposed to go on the fishing trip with me one last time 2 weeks ago. Guess your up there catching them with your family that went before you now. Missing you comes in waves and memories run down my cheeks many times a day.
Love you dad,
Cindy
