JODI LYNN CHANDLER, 42, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015. She was employed as a Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital. Surviving are her parents, Robert McCorkle of Fort Wayne and Teresa Pratico of Niles, Mich.; children, Ayla and Zoie Grear; and siblings, Mark and Jason McCorkle, Billie Jo Dambra, Paul Chandler and Carmelo Pratico. Service is 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with visitation one hour prior. Memorials to her children.
