Judith Gail Adams, 76, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was born in Chicago, IL, on March 27, 1941, the daughter of the late George and Ruth Gossmann. Judith was a graduate of Homewood-Flosmoor High School in Illinois, and a member of Shoaff Park Baptist Church. She was passionate about calligraphy, and also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. More than anything she was a devoted wife and mother who cared endlessly for her loving family. Surviving are her spouse of 56 years, Bobby Adams; children, Mark Adams, Kimberly (Bruce) Buchanan, Robin Adams; siblings, Bruce (Bonnie) Gossmann, and Beverly (Tom) Cranston; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Judith was preceded in death by siblings, Sandra L. Croak, Ernest Gossman; and son, Terry Adams. Funeral service is will take place at 11 am, Tuesday October 17, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with visitation 2 hours prior. Burial will take place in Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indiana at 2pm.
