A committal service for Judith will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 1:45 PM to 2:30 PM at Fort Wayne Personal Care Center FH, 2307 W. Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Following the committal service will be a visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
