KATHERINE M. JORDAN, 90, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday Feb. 12, 2011, at Heritage Park Nursing Home. Born Jan 2, 1921, in Fort Wayne to the late Harry and Carrie (Strobel) Preston, she was a clerk at Murphy's for over 30 years, retiring in 1986. She is survived by sons, William (Loretta) Jordan and Dennis (Jane) Jordan; grandchildren, Troy, James, William and Christopher; 10 great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and one step-great-great-grandchild; brother, James "Bud" Preston; sister, Gladys Zehr. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth. Service is at noon on Wednesday Feb. 16, 2011, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N Wells St., Fort Wayne, with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
