Leonardo Flores Flores

Pastor Leonardo Flores Flores was born on November 26, 1963, in Huilziltepec, Gerrero, Mexico. He married Felicitas Georgina “Gina” Ferrer- Ortiz on October 29, 1990 and went to meet the Lord on January 3, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Gina and his (7) seven children, Dara, Lucero, Leonardo D. (Cynthia), Jorge, Josue, Kevin, and Samai, as well as his brother, Remberto. He was preceded in death by his father Eutiquio Flores Cienfuegos and mother Juana Flores (Carlos), as well as his sister, Alvara and his brothers, Gonzalo and Erasto.

Pastor Leo worked within the Christian ministry from his 20’s and served faithfully until he departed with the Lord. He first began as a youth pastor and later helped start new churches. He went to the bible institute only to be able to learn more about the word of God. When the Lord called Pastor Leo to his service full time, Pastor Leo made sure to make time for his family. He enjoyed playing the guitar (even though he didn’t have the gift of music) and singing at any church event. He loved reading, gardening, grilling, painting and spending time with family and friends.

Pastor Leonardo Flores Flores nació el 26 de Noviembre de 1963, en Huilziltepec, Guerrero, Mexico. Se casó con Felicitas Georgina “Gina” Ferrer-Ortiz el 29 de Octubre 1990. Se fue con el Señor el 3 de Enero del 2026. Le sobrevive su esposa Hna. Gina y sus 7 hijos Dara, Lucero, Leonardo D. (Cynthia), Jorge, Josue, Kevin, y Samai, también su hermano Remberto. Le precedió en la muerte su padre Eutiquio Flores Cienfuegos y su madre Juana Flores Carlos; su hermana Alvarita, sus hermanos Gonzalo y Erasto.

Pastor Leo trabajo en la obra del Señor desde su juventud hasta su partida; primero como pastor de jóvenes, después levantando nuevas obras. Asistió al instituto bíblico abierto solo para conocer más de la palabra de Dios. El Señor lo llamo a su servicio para llevar su palabra a tiempo completo sin dejar a su familia a un lado. Amaba tocar su guitarra, aun cuando no tenía el don de la música, y cantar en la iglesia. El también disfrutaba leer, atender su jardín, asar una buena carne, pintar paisajes, y convivir con su familia y hermanos de la iglesia. Siempre dio lo mejor de el para el servicio de Dios.
