

Lesia moved to Fort Wayne in 1997 and was formerly employed as a bus driver at FWCS for 14 years and with ResCare for 10 years. Lesia was an old soul; she loved people, old movies, music and cooking were her love languages. Family meant everything to Lesia; she worked hard to make sure everything stayed in order as she loved her family beyond measure. Lesia was a member of Progressive Baptist Church joining under Pastor Ternae Jordan.
Lesia is survived by her husband, Larry Jordan; sons Emmanuel Bryant and Michael Jordan; daughters Vashenya Jackson, Tameirria Jackson, Joycelyn Jackson and Onnie Jordan. Ten grandchildren; Aziah, Aaleyah, Steven, James, Javontay, JaLesia, JaRiyah, Jaliyah, Mianna and Brielle. Her father Perry Ellis. Her sisters, Rena Watkins and Keysha Ellis, and her brothers Donald Johnson Sr., Carl Ellis Sr., and Patrick Smith.
Lesia was greeted at Heaven’s gate by her mother Joy N. Jackson, sisters Tameka Smith and Mary Louise Jackson, grandparents Leroy and Marzella Jackson, Verna Mae Ralston and James Ellis, nephew Markevious “Bubba” Jackson, niece Bianca Tanner and uncle Jesse Miller.

A calling for Lesia will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, followed by a calling from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lesia's memory may be made to the family.
