Lori Ann Clem

Lori Clem, age 57, passed away on June 30th, 2020 at 10:16am at Parkview Hospital. She was born in Columbia City, IN and had been a long time resident of Ft. Wayne, IN. She had such a big heart and wanted to help everyone in any way she could. She enjoyed making and sending shoe boxes for kids in countries that are less fortunate. She graduated from Carroll High School and later on attended Brown Mackie College to earn her degree as a Medical Assistant. She is survived by her daughter Nicole (Jace James) Dunno (Clem);grandchildren Aiyana Dunno, Deizyl James, and Zaidyn Dunno; parents Gene Clem, Jewell Clem; brother Shawn Clem, and many cousins, nieces , and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Jeff Clem, and grandson Jusdyce Clem. There will be a private viewing at D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Lindenwood Cemetery.
