Margaret "Peggy" Roussey, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital surrounded by her family. "Peggy was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was always there for us. She gave the best hugs!" She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and volunteer for Southwick Elementary School, Foster Grandparents Program and Advocate for Allen County CASA. She was a person of deep faith and lived her life serving others. Peggy enjoyed reading, volunteering, working puzzles, and spending time with family. Surviving are her children, Ramona (Jim) Wiegman, Matthew Roussey, Rod (Selda) Roussey, Michael (Pam) Roussey, Karen Roussey and Richard (Kristi) Roussey; 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. Peggy is also survived by her brothers, Tim (Sarah) Jur and James (Pat) Jur; and sisters, Patricia (Andy) Wyss and Becky (Michael) Hilkey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Roussey; parents, Arthur and Irene Jur; son, Timothy Roussey; granddaughters, Kerie Roussey and Ana Roussey; and sisters, Kathy Showen and Debbie Jur. Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2022, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 14623 Bluffton Road, Yoder, Ind., with calling one hour prior. The family will also receive family and friends from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun St., Fort Wayne, with a recitation of the Rosary at 3:30 p.m. Interment at St. Louis Besancon Roman Catholic Cemetery.
