Margie Dennie

MARGIE ELLEN DENNIE, 86, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. She was born in Huntington, Ind. a daughter of the late Eldon and Frances Zent, on Jan. 9, 1926. She retired from G.E. after 35 years of service. She loved N.A.S.C.A.R. racing was a previous part owner of a stock race car, sold Fashion Two Twenty makeup and was a member of the Edgerton Wesleyan Church. "No matter what, she loved God, life, friends, and her family with a heart of gold and a strong will and determination. She will be missed by everyone who knew her!" Surviving is her son, Thomas Henry of Rushville Ind.; daughters, Frances Henry; Linda (John) Hill of New Haven, Norma (Darrel) Howe, Mary (Mike) Linnemeir; brother, James Zent of Sunrise Ariz.; sisters, Donna Dawson, Ruth Ballinger, and Juanita Gillenwater; eight half brothers and sisters; 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-greatgrandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dennie of 58 years. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2012 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home with calling one hour prior. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 at the funeral home. Pastor Dave Dignall officiating. Preferred memorials to the Edgerton Wesleyan Church.
