He proudly served during Gulf War and is a U.S. Army Veteran.
Mark is survived by his wife Tamara M. Kemper of Sebring, FL; children, Darci Kemper, Summer Kemper, brothers, Gary (Patty) Kemper, Virgil Kemper, Leroy (Brandyn) Kemper, sister, Cindy (Mark) Mays, and Karolyn Blum. He is also survived by Lyndsey, Kobe, Devon, Alissa McKaila, Brycen, Christal and 1 great granddaughter Nova.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Elizabeth Kemper.
Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Tuesday September 10, 2024 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home 1320 E. Dupont Road Fort Wayne, IN. Visitation also from 12pm – 2:30 pm Wednesday September 11, 2024 at the funeral home. Entombment immediately following the visitation on Wednesday. Memorials may be made to Cancer Service of Northeast Indiana.
