Martha Frances Larson

Martha Frances Larson, 102, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Martha was born on April 14, 1922, in Monmouth, Illinois, a daughter of the late Anthony S. and Mary Luella (Hagman) Johnson. After high school graduation, she went to business school. She then worked in a company’s business office until she married Arthur W. Larson on May 20, 1949. She then was a homemaker, taking care of her family. She was a member at Saint Andrews Lutheran Church, Speedway, Indiana. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, crafting, traveling, going to concerts and listening to music, and more recently, playing Bingo. Surviving family include her daughter, Linda (Ronald) Landin; grandson, Zachary Landin; great grandsons, Jackson and Lincoln Landin; and daughter-in-law, Teresa Larson. Besides her parents, Martha was preceded in passing by her husband, Arthur Larson; son, Bill Larson; grandson, Benjamin Landin; and three siblings. A funeral service will be 12:00 pm on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in the chapel at Lutheran Life Villages - The Village at Anthony Boulevard, 6701 South Anthony Boulevard, Fort Wayne, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials in Martha's memory may be made to Saint Andrews Lutheran Church, Speedway.
