Mary Ellen Bosserman

Mary Ellen Bosserman, 84, passed away January 13, 2023 at Grey Stone Health and Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born October 18, 1938 in North Manchester, IN, the daughter of Leonard M. and Mina M. Snavely. Mary taught school for 39 years with Fort Wayne Community Schools and retired in 2004. She was a member of Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren and volunteered at the church food bank. Mary is survived by her children, Matt Bosserman of Fort Wayne, IN; Jackie (Tom) Yarde of Avilla, IN; Heather Bosserman of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Ethan Hood, Rachel (Kaleb) Wagner, Madison Bosserman, and 4 great grandchildren brother, Philip Snavely of South Bend, IN; sisters Ann Rehrig of North Manchester, IN; and Nancy Evans of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Thomas L. Bosserman in 2019. A celebration of life will be 2pm. with visitation one hour prior, Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren, 2810 Beacon Street, Fort Wayne, IN.
