MARY ELIZABETH SIMON, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017. Born in Dorton, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Calvin Mullins and Cassie (Johnson) Mullins. Mary was a waitress for many years and then going into retail working for Macy's during her retirement. Mary is survived by her sons, Jeff, Phil and Brian Simon, all of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Melissa Simon of Fort Wayne; great-grandson, Jordan Xavier Simon; and siblings, Bill (Reba) Mullins, Betty (Ralph) Amann and Julie (Stew), all of Fort Wayne. Mary was also preceded in death by siblings, Jack Mullins and Ruby Calhoun; and a great-granddaughter, Juliana Jordan - Rose Early. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at Covington Funeral Home, 8480 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior.
