Maureen "Giggles" Rogers

Maureen "Giggles" Rogers, 81, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Maureen was born on September 5, 1943, in Fort Wayne, a daughter of the late Bonnel C. and Betty J. (Brubaker) Clawson. She was a 1961 graduate of Elmhurst High School. Giggles was a school bus driver for Southwest Allen County School for more than 30 years. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling and golfing. She will be remembered most for her love for her granddaughters; they were truly the light of her life. Surviving family include her daughters, Debbie Rogers and Beth (Matt) Freistroffer; granddaughters, Samantha (Max Hite) Freistroffer and Sandra (Jake) McEvoy; great granddaughter, Sadie; nephews, Brian (Tonia) Clawson and Dave Clawson; and a great niece and a great nephew. Besides her parents, Maureen was preceded in passing by her husband, Kenneth C. Rogers; and brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Margaret Clawson. A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
