

Michael Lee Bryant Sr., 66, passed away on February 2, 2026. A steadfast and kind man, Michael was beloved by so many. He was born on February 9, 1959, in Kendallville, Indiana, to parents Billy Lee and Kay Bryant.
Michael was 1977 graduate of Goshen High School. Being masterful in wrestling, he earned a scholarship to attend University of Southern Michigan. His feats in wrestling were vast, and in 1979 he qualified for the Olympics wrestling division. From 1980-1983, Michael proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Avalon Missionary Church and the American Legion.
In his free time, Michael enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles. Every year, he loved going on adventures and traveling to new places. Beyond all else, he had a deep love and admiration for his family. His most treasured moments were spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving Michael are his sons, Michael Lee (Elizabeth) Bryant Jr. and Matt Bryant; grandchildren, Sophia Rose Bryant and Benjamin Michael Bryant; siblings, Mindy (David), Johnna (Todd), Beth, Linda, Lisa (Mark), and Tina; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Lee and Kay Bryant.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Michael on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 2PM-6PM at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home located at 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808.
