Neal Russell Carothers, 58, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at his home. Born November 13, 1961 in Virginia, he was a son of the late Donald and Judith Carothers. A graduate of Bethel High School, Hampton, Virginia, he was a welder with Custom Engine and Fabrication. He loved his four children, one grandson, and his two dogs. A Trump supporter and member of the Three Percenters Club, he was a patriot and valued the Constitution. He is survived by his four children; one grandson; and brothers, Donald Carothers, Bruce Carothers of California, and Doug (Kelly) Carothers of Virginia. No services at this time.
