Norma Louise Wilkinson

Norma Louise Wilkinson, 98, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on April 6, 2026. She was born August 19, 1927, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, daughter to the late Herman and Isabel (Ehrman) Gerhardstein. Norma worked as a secretary for a real estate agent, and in administrative roles in her life. She was a dedicated member of St. Therese Catholic Church, belonged to the Rosary Society and the choir, and loved to help at the church. Norma spent a lot of time volunteering at many different places, including Lutheran Hospital, Stillwater Hospice, Kingston Healthcare, and Fort Wayne International Airport, where she handed out cookies. She also enjoyed playing cards. Euchre and Pinochle were two of her favorites. Surviving are her children, Karen (Tom) Radke, Steve (Debra) Wilkinson, and Michelle (David) Fuhr; grandchildren, Jon (Rachael) Radke, Jennifer (Casey) Huff, James (Heidi) Wilkinson, Mary Elam, CJ Apt, Dylan (Bayley) Apt, Parker Apt, Riley Fuhr, Isabella Fuhr, Christine Fuhr, and Gabby Fuhr; and great grandchildren, Haley Radke, Thomas J. Radke, Wyatt Radke, Austin Huff, Lyla Huff, Hunter Wilkinson, Analise (Colten) King, Barrett Elam, and Zaiden Elam. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wilkinson in 1984; infant son, Michael Joseph Wilkinson; and sisters, Mary Gebhard, Mildred Wagner, Helen Schmieman, and Lois Brown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 11:00 am, at St Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, with a rosary service taking place at the beginning of visitation, at 2:00 pm.
