

Norman H Williams Jr., 83, passed away Saturday December 7, 2013 at his home in Fort Wayne Indiana. Born in Colonial Heights, Virginia he graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in business and a commission as 2nd Lt in the U.S. Army as a Signal Corp officer working in Philadelphia and the Pentagon. After his discharge from the Army, he came to work for Farnsworth Electronics (later ITT ) in Fort Wayne IN. He also spent several years as a commercial Real Estate Broker. After retiring from ITT as a Program Manager in 1988, he was able to spend his time with his passion of restoring and selling antiques. He was a Jubilee member of First Presbyterian Church where he attended. He was a good, generous and caring man. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Janet , a son Matthew Williams and a daughter Carol Craig; sister Mary Ellen Comstock and two brothers, Samuel and James Williams; grandchildren Ben, Kaysey, Gina, Rachel, and Graham; and great grandchildren Shaun and A.J. He was preceded in death by a daughter Laurie E Williams in 2007. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday December 11, 2013 at Klaehn Fahl & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Rd. Pastor Jeff Lehn officiating. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lindenwood cemetery. Memorials to Turnstone.
