Patricia E. Maple, aged 70, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Born on September 22, 1954, in Lafayette, Indiana, to parents Charles and Margarey (Stanford) Rodey, Patricia was beloved by so many. She married the love of her life, Mark Maple, on December 23, 1983. For 41 years, the two shared a deep connection, their bond inseparable and everlasting.
Patricia was a passionate and independent spirit. Her stubbornness was not a flaw, but a testament to her strength of character and ambition. Her determination was a driving force in everything she did, and it was impossible not to admire her persistence. Beyond all else, Patricia had a deep and tender love for animals. She spent her career as a veterinarian technician, caring with such compassion for every animal that came through her doors. The work she did will forever hold a cherished place in peoples’ hearts.
Patricia is survived her husband, Mark Maple; step-son, Jeremy Maple; sisters, Kim Babcock and Cindy Sernia; and niece, Bridget Frontz. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandy.
