Pegge Diane Rydell, 84, passed away March 8, 2024, at the Chateau Rehabilitation and Healthcare center in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born October 26, 1939, in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of Donald E. and Violet Robbins. Pegge graduated from North Side High School in 1958. She retired as a Master Scheduler at Rea Magnet Wire after 37 years of service.
Pegge is survived by her children, Vicki Jo (Mark) Azbill of Fort Wayne, IN; Mark S. (Teri) Rydell of Fort Wayne, IN; brother Donald E. (Connie) Robbins ll of Largo, FL; grandchildren, Heather Dearing, Jerrid (Alexis) Rydell, Haley Evans and great grandchildren, Alexa, Jensen, Nova, and Wells. She was preceded in death by her sister, Kathryn Branstrator.
Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Thursday March 14, 2024 at D.O. McComb of Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 4-8 pm Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the funeral home. Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to SPCA or Humane Fort Wayne.
